FAQS

 Where is your gym? 
 Our gym is based at Unit 3, London Lane, Bedford, MK45 3RA, 5 minutes from Ampthill, Clophill and Wixams, see here. 
 
 When are the sessions? 
 We have 40 sessions available each week. Every weekday morning (6-11am) lunchtime (12:30pm) and evening (5-8pm) plus Saturday and Sunday mornings (7-11am). You can come to whichever sessions suit you best. 
 How long are the sessions? 
 Every session is 60-minutes long. 
 Are the session days and times flexible?  
 Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week. 
 When can I start?  
 Once you've completed payment, we will book you in for your first session. 
 When are the intro sessions?  
 We have intro sessions available every Saturday morning at 8:30am 
 How much is it?  
 The 8 WEEK challenge is currently £399 Â£249.
Less than £32 per week for guaranteed results.

 Do I need to be fit already? 
 Nope. We'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level.  
 What if it doesn't work for me? 
If you stick to the program  and don't get results, we'll give you your money back.
