WHERE IS TRIBE GYM?
TRIBE is based at Unit 3, London Lane, Bedford, MK45 3RA, 5 minutes from Ampthill, Clophill and Wixams, see here.
WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
We have 40 sessions available each week. Every weekday morning (6-11am) lunchtime (12:30pm) and evening (5-8pm) plus Saturday and Sunday mornings (7-11am). You can come to whichever sessions suit you best.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
The 8 WEEK challenge is currently £399 £249.

WHEN CAN I START?
Once you've completed payment and booked an intro session. These sessions are available every Saturday morning at 8:30am
DO I NEED TO BE FIT?
Nope. We'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level.
